At Solomed Billing & Credentialing LLC ("Solomed," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality medical billing and credentialing services. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services. Please review this policy carefully before engaging with our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service Not Rendered: If Solomed fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Billing Errors: If you are overcharged or billed for services not provided, a refund for the erroneous amount will be issued.

• Cancellation Within Grace Period: If you cancel services within the initial 7-day grace period after signing the service agreement (where applicable), you may request a refund, provided no work has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services that have been fully or partially completed, including but not limited to claims processing, credentialing applications, or provider enrollment, unless there is a documented error on our part.

• Fees associated with third-party services (e.g., payer enrollment fees, software licensing fees) that Solomed incurs on your behalf.

• Services canceled after the grace period or after work has commenced.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@solomedbilling.com with the following:

• Your full name and contact information.

• Details of the service(s) in question, including invoice number or agreement details.

• A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
